Here’s how you get your Jaw Hero ready for a workout:

Cork attachments should only be used with the Jaw Hero.

Select the cork attachments you’d like to train with. Insert each cork attachment into the top and bottom mouth of the Jaw Hero ceramic body. Fix the attachments nice and snug. Position the Jaw Hero in your mouth so that the cork attachments are resting on your upper and lower front teeth. You’re all set for a Jaw Hero workout!

Important: When you want to change the cork attachments, slowly unscrew until loose and gently remove. Please do not pull the cork attachment out of the ceramic body forcefully, as it may cause damage to the cork.
