Neck pain - a common complaint without a cause?
On the winner's rostrum of the most common pain conditions, it is still in second place: neck pain. Only more people are plagued by back pain -- and since the neck is the extension of the back, many things are connected here. The pain can even be so severe that it is accompanied by pain in the head, dizziness or tinnitus. But where does it come from? Doctors are often at a loss, as there is rarely damage or injury that would explain the pain. They then call the neck pain "idiopathic", i.e. "without an identifiable cause". Those affected rightly feel helpless and left alone.
The most common cause of neck pain
Because your pain is not without cause -- quite the opposite: neck pain is your body's loud warning to make a change. In fact, it is warning you that the muscles and fascia in your back and neck are far too tense. The tissue becomes tense because it is hardly stretched enough due to one-sided movements and thus loses its flexibility. Sitting for hours, arms always in front of the body, head overstretched to a vulture's neck -- all this threatens your cervical vertebrae and joints, on which the tensions exert enormous pressure.
The solution is simple
The traditional approach to neck pain: numb the pain, for example with medication and injections. That helps for a short time, but your body won't let you shut up permanently. And the risk of herniated discs and inflammation increases if the cause remains. In this book we show you how to make your tissues flexible again with simple exercises, regain your mobility -- and get rid of your pain permanently all by yourself!
You yourself can get rid of your neck pain
For over 30 years, Liebscher & Bracht therapy has been helping people to lead pain-free lives. We have developed special exercises that treat pain directly at its source and that anyone can easily do at home. In this guide you will learn:
- how your neck pain develops in the first place,
- why conventional treatments often don't bring about a lasting improvement,
- why our approach works so well for neck pain,
- why diet is important for pain and what foods can help you,
- how you can treat yourself effectively and immediately with the specially developed exercise programme consisting of light osteopressure, stretching and strengthening exercises and fascia rolling massage.
Petra Bracht, MD & Roland Liebscher-Bracht
Dr. Petra Bracht, MD is a general practitioner and naturopathic doctor. She has been working as a nutritional and orthomolecular doctor for over 30 years and runs her Liebscher & Bracht private health clinic in Bad Homburg. The main goal of her treatment is to activate the powerful self-healing mechanisms that are inherent in every one of us. The most effective way to do so is to optimize patients' diet and exercise habits.
Roland Liebscher-Bracht studied mechanical engineering, but has trained in and taught Asian martial arts and movement throughout his life. This allowed him to develop a completely new, highly effective pain therapy together with his wife. They have been training doctors, alternative practitioners, and physiotherapists in their Liebscher & Bracht pain therapy since 2007. Currently over 3000 partner therapists in Germany, Austria and Switzerland treat back pain using their method.
Take a look (German):
Light osteopressure for quick pain relief: By applying pressure to specific areas of the body, you quickly reduce excessive tension in the muscles and fasciae that are usually responsible for your neck pain.
Fascia roller massage for pain relief and metabolism stimulation: With special fascia rollers, your muscles and fascia are relaxed down to the core, which makes exercising much easier. In addition, the metabolism, which is usually drastically reduced in the area of pain, is noticeably boosted and the tissue is supplied with nutrients again. By lowering tension, you also improve the signal transmission of the nerves and thus prevent complaints such as headaches and tinnitus.
Stretching and strengthening exercises: With simple exercises, you can rebuild your muscles and fasciae in such a way that, if you do them regularly, they can remain free of pain permanently - for a lifetime.
Your extra: With the neck hero, we have developed a tool that gets to the root of your neck pain and eliminates it. In this book you will learn how the Neck Saver works and what makes it an effective remedy for your neck pain.
